According to Hungarian Act LXXVIII of 2017 on the Activities of Lawyers, the attorney's fee is not a set fee and is subject to free agreement. The attorney's fee may be influenced by the complexity of the case or the value of the subject matter of the case. Depending on the type of case, the attorney's fee may be fixed, hourly, contingency or a combination of these. The attorney's fees incurred in the performance of each assignment do not include any additional costs incurred in the proceedings, which the firm does not undertake to advance.

Fees
Our standard hourly rate is EUR 200 but our rates are set individually depending on the case and the area of law. Please note that our hourly rates below are indicative only and may vary depending on the case.
Please note that we do not invoice hours worked per hour started but on the basis of the actual working time.
When working outside Budapest (e.g. negotiations, meetings, etc.) we charge a mileage fee according to the fuel settlement determined by the Hungarian National Tax and Customs Administration in addition to the agreed fees.
In addition to the agreed fees, the payment of other fees related to the case (e.g. procedural fees, duties, administrative service fees, fines, etc.) will be charged separately and VAT will be added unless it is paid directly to the authority.
Criminal law
Fees are determined and agreed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the individual stages of the case.
Purchase or gifts of real estate
Fees are based on the market value of the real estate in bands as follows:
| up to EUR 170,000 | 1% but no less than EUR 350 |
| from EUR 170,001 up to EUR 340,000 | 0.75% but no less than EUR 1,700 |
| from EUR 340,001 | 0.5% but no less than EUR 2,550 |
Online and telephone advice
Our online and telephone advice service is designed to answer simple legal questions. After paying a one-off fee of EUR 70 (based on a fee request) we will answer your questions by e-mail or on phone based on the information provided to us.
Company law services
For company law and company law services such as company establishment or company changes, we charge the following flat fees:
